Introduction Thank you for the opportunity to present myself and my company, Clearwater Custom Homes, Inc.  I have always taken pride in my ability to work hard at developing close relationships with my clients, the architects, the engineers, the design consultants, and the subcontractors that it takes to build a custom home. I have been building custom homes for approximately 20 years and every project takes a team of skilled and highly qualified individuals to get a dream home out of the ground and to completion on time and on budget. My expertise in custom home building has derived from over 30 years of actual hands on experience in the field. For eighteen of those years I have been building homes of distinction primarily on Mercer Island, but also include Clyde Hill, Medina and Kirkland. During this time my expertise has earned the homes that I have built over 35 MAME Awards including the coveted Gold Awards, “Best Custom Home of the Year” in 1993 and 1998, these two projects are located on the North End waterfront of Mercer Island. One project of mine on the North Seattle waterfront, upon completion, received the “January 2004 – AIA Home of the Month” Award. This home was featured in the Seattle Times, titled “DREAM HOMES: A WINDOW INTO HOW WE”VE CHANGED” on Sunday, February 29th, 2004, Front Page. In January of 2001, I started my own company with unsurpassed success.
