Clearwater Custom Homes, Inc. Contract, Fees & Billing Processes:
 
For complete construction of new homes we charge “Cost Plus Fixed Fee*” This means Your home costs exactly what it costs to build plus our fee.  Our fees typically range from 10% of the total estimated project cost to 15% of the total estimated project cost depending on the size and complexity of the project and project site.   If you have change orders that exceed 12% of the total budget, then our fee will increase based on that number.
 
Deposits – from $5,000.00 to $10,000.00 depending on project which is applied to your first billing.

Typically you are invoiced on a monthly basis.  Payment due upon receipt.
 

Construction Consulting Fees:

This can be a complex issue and will be assessed on an individual basis, but you can typically expect those fees to be charged on an hourly basis starting at $45.00 per hour.
