 Initial Consultation
This no-stress meeting is aimed at targeting your goals, needs, and budget. You are introduced to our custom home building system and together we will work to determine if I am the right builder for you.

Budget & Site Evaluation
We will work with you to ensure that you have the right lot and plans to fit your goal and budget.  This particular meeting usually takes place at your lot. If you need help finding a lot to build your custom home on, I can assist with this as well.

Mortgage Consultation
We know the hassles associated for shopping independently for a home loan, that is why we offer the option to shop the loan market for you, searching for the loan that best suits your needs.

 
Design & Architectural Review
A comprehensive review of the design and Architectural drawings to ensure that problems will not arise during construction.
 
Site Consultation
This particular consultation consists of checking soils conditions, location of any setbacks, easements, wetlands, property encroachments, etc.

 Plan Distribution & Estimating
We will copy several sets of plans and distribute to a number of superior sub-contractors in the area for estimates and then we will negotiate for you and select the best subcontractors based on performance, reputations and cost.

Permit Processing
Unfortunately this can be a very stressful, confusing, expensive and timely process. We will help see you through this in the timeliest fashion as possible.
